Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of nursing staff.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient rooms and common areas.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and well-being.
Qualifications:- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a hospital setting.
- Current CNA certification for the state of MA.
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or willingness to receive vaccination.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing patient needs in a fast-paced environment.
