Responsibilities

• Install signs and graphics according to specifications and project requirements
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines during installation
• Aid in field measurements for projects, future/current
• Prepare surfaces for installation through the use of proper cleaning methods and chemical usage
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure quality and consistency
• Handle maintenance and repairs for existing signs as necessary
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues in real-time, and coordinate any changes with the production or management team
• Maintain inventory of installation tools and materials, reporting any shortages or needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sign installation or related field
• Strong understanding of roll-to-roll materials, flat substrates and tools used in sign making and installation
• Excellent spatial awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret print proofs and design specifications
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 65 lbs)
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and teamwork
• Basic knowledge of printer ink types and workability
• Basic knowledge of hardware removal for installation
