Hours: 6:30 AM (Monday - FridayPay starting @ $17 / hourPosition Summary: The primary purpose of this role is the replenishment of picking lanes. Essential Job Functions
- Replenish product on pallets and rollers in pick locations which includes forking down product
- Store product and follow established rotation procedures
- Receive and unload product from transports
- Record and maintain receiving records
- Responsible for product add on/off load changes for delivery routes
- Count and verify incoming product from daily routes as needed
- Receive, unload, consolidate and re-stock returned product and shells
- Assist with inventory by conducting monthly physical counts
- Load transports for delivery to customer accounts
- Restock and repack damaged and out-of-date products
- Manage and build pick ticket orders as needed
- Receive and distribute incoming FedEx and UPS shipments
- Perform other duties as necessary
Qualifications
- Sufficient formal or informal education to ensure the ability to read and write at a level required for successful job performance
- Ability to obtain a valid pallet jack certification (individuals 18 years or older)
- Ability to obtain a valid forklift certification as needed (individuals 18 year or older)
- Ability to provide attention to detail
- Proper lifting techniques
Working Environment Work generally takes place in a warehouse setting with the use of an electric pallet jack. Exposure to hot indoor temperatures during summer months. Potential for long and irregular hours during peak seasons.
