Go Luxury Auto Group LLC is a brand new boutique retail store located in the Design District of Dallas. Family owned and operated, we have over 24,000 sq ft of showroom space and 3,700 sq ft for storage. We are involved in selling luxury vehicles from various manufacturers (Mercedes, Benz, Lexus, BMW, Land Rover, Jaguar, Maserati, Porsche, Audi, etc.). We aim to serve a wide range of clientele in the DFW market and beyond.

Go Luxury Auto Group is seeking an experienced Luxury Used Vehicle Sales Director/General Sales Manager to be part of our epic team! (Must have finance experience)

Job Description & Responsibilities:
  • Forecast goals and objectives for sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Hire, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all used-vehicle sales employees.
  • Prepare and administer an annual operating forecast and budget for the used vehicle sales department.
  • Understand, keep abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations affecting used vehicle sales.
  • Assist individual salespeople in setting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals and objectives and provide them with the support to meet these goals.
  • Ensure proper follow-up of all potential buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a prospecting and sales control system.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor a follow-up system for used vehicle purchasers.
  • Maintain vehicle inventory. Monitor customer preferences, lost sales, and dealership sales history and conduct local market analyses to determine which vehicles to stock.
  • Conduct daily and weekly sales and sales training meetings.
  • Establish and enforce product-knowledge standards.
  • Oversee the efforts of used vehicle salespeople to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership.
  • Help salespeople close deals.
  • Communicate daily with the new vehicle sales manager regarding units needed for used-vehicle inventory.
  • Ensure that used-vehicle salespeople are informed of all new inventory and current advertising efforts, including special sales.
  • Plan and control the display of used vehicles.
  • Establish delivery procedures and ensure that delivery includes an introduction to the service department and scheduling of the first service appointment.
  • Assist in the development of advertising campaigns and other promotions.
  • Keep abreast of auto auction activity and prices and attend auctions regularly.
  • Handle customer complaints immediately and according to dealership guidelines.
  • Attend manager's meetings.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Previous dealership and management experience is a must.
  • Leadership skills with a real passion for training fellow employees.
  • Enthusiasm with high energy throughout the sales workday.
  • Goal-oriented, friendly personality, especially when negotiating price.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Quality customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills.
  • Clean driving record & valid driver's license.
  • Must have Automotive BDC/Internet Director experience!

  • Develop and implement strategic operations to drive online traffic, leads, and sales.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop online sales strategies and processes that enhance customer experience and drive conversion.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
  • Proven track record of driving online sales and lead generation.
Duties:

Requirements:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License/Certification:
