General Responsibilities: This position plays a key role in creating an environment in which our member and guest satisfaction is the highest priority and consistent with our clubs philosophy. Ensuring that tennis facilities are well-maintained, safe, and enjoyable for players and spectators alike.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Assisting club members with court reservations, equipment rentals, or inquiries regarding court availability and conditions.
• Regularly inspecting tennis courts for damages, hazards, or wear and tear, and performing repairs as needed to maintain safe and playable conditions.
• Sweeping or power washing tennis courts to remove debris, dirt, or leaves and ensuring the surrounding areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Maintaining and servicing tennis equipment such as nets, posts, and court grooming tools, ensuring they are in good working condition for players' use.
• Conducting safety inspections of tennis court amenities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents or injuries.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in facility maintenance, landscaping, or a related field is beneficial.
• Capability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy equipment, sweeping, and power washing.
• Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times, representing the tennis program and shop with integrity and professionalism.
• Effective communication with club management, colleagues, and tennis players to coordinate maintenance schedules and address any concerns.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate maintenance needs and court usage schedules.
