Position Type: Secretarial/Clerical/Secretary - 12 MonthDate Posted: 9/23/2024Location: Fenmoor OperationsClosing Date: 9/30/2024 or until filled Clerical 12 Month - Fenmoor Operations (2 Positions) Rate of Pay: $17.75, degree and certification pay available per the Clerical Master Agreement Directly Responsible to: Operations Supervisor Performance Responsibilities: Serve as secretary for the assigned administrator for the purpose of coordinating daily activities efficiently and effectively to ensure smooth operation for the Administration Building. General Duties:
  • Keep work well organized and consistent
  • Serve as a member of the department team.
  • Overall responsibility for directing, guiding, and coordination of work with other assigned office personnel. Assist with work overload when necessary.
  • Assumes responsibility of work assignments under the direction of assigned administrator
  • Assists in the scheduling and record keeping for the department. Responsible for processing, assisting and maintaining files for the department.
  • Overall responsibility for the monitoring of telephones.
  • Overall responsibility for the collection, processing and distribution of daily mail.
  • Assumes responsibility for the appointment calendar of the assigned administrator
  • Overall responsibility for the ordering, inventory, and record keeping of office supplies, blank forms supplies, and equipment.
  • Maintains accurate budget records for the purpose of access and accountability.
  • Responsible for the record keeping of federal, state and local rules, regulations, and requirements applicable to assigned department.
  • Perform such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Central Office or District Level Administrator.
  • Strong Technology Skills, Microsoft office suite and Powerschool expertise mandatory.
Work Calendar 12-month Clerical. Vacation days may be used during the following periods of time: County Wide in-service day, days between Christmas and New Year's, Spring Break, Fourth of July week and as approved by supervisor. APPLICATION PROCEDURE
