Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Snow Removal Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient snow removal operations during winter months. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to operate various types of snow removal equipment effectively.Duties- Operate snow plow vehicles, Wheel Loaders, Skid Steer and Plow Trucks to clear snow from roads, driveways, and parking lots.- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to changing conditions.- Perform pre-trip inspections of equipment to ensure safety and functionality.- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of snow removal equipment.- Collaborate with team members to coordinate snow removal efforts.- Shovel and snow blow sidewalks and steps -Spread ice melt to ensure guest safety. Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Availability for on-call work during winter months.
Skills- Proficient in snow plowing techniques and equipment operation.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and report conditions effectively.Other details
