Job DescriptionJob Title: Operator Department: ManufacturingReports to: Line Leads Operations Effective Date: 02/01/2023Status: Non- ExemptJob Summary:The Operator will assemble manufactured products and pack according to specifications. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Produces the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances.
- Measures finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
- Regularly checks products per company policy to ensure quality and uniform completion; resolves any identified problems and alerts supervisor.
- Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance.
- Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Ability to work as part of cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
- Thorough understanding of applicable federal, state, local, and company safety policies.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma preferred.
