This position plays a crucial role in the smooth running of our office operations and requires a candidate with a strong background in office management, preferably within the non-profit sector. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, proven leadership abilities, and a knack for providing executive assistance and meeting support. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing all administrative tasks, ensuring that the office runs efficiently and effectively. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience.Responsibilities:1. Oversee and manage all office procedures and processes to ensure the office operates smoothly.2. Provide executive assistance to senior staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.3. Lead, train, and manage administrative staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.4. Implement and maintain organized filing systems for easy access to critical information.5.
