Responsibilities
Prepare and cook family meals. This includes, but is not limited to washing, chopping and cooking vegetables, slicing and portioning proteins, and preparing sauces.Minimize food waste to prevent overproduction of menu items.Take inventory and FIFO ingredients.Set up and stock stations with all necessary ingredients, tools, and equipment.Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and workspace by sanitizing surfaces, equipment, and tools, organizing storage areas, etc.Label and stock all ingredients so they can be stored and organized properly and easily accessible according to health code.Ensure the quality of food production in line with standard recipes.Qualifications
1-2 years of experience working in a kitchen environment.Ability to stand and cook for 8-10 hours per shift.High school diploma or equivalent.Must be at least 18 years old.Ability to speak Spanish.Sense of urgency.Attention to detail.Positive attitude.#J-18808-Ljbffr
