What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Perform full-cycle recruitment, including identifying, sourcing, and interviewing qualified healthcare professionals
- Conduct initial screening and application process in accordance with company policy
- Manage candidate submissions into the clients' database
- Make prospecting contacts and follow up on leads
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree or five or more years of relevant experience in medical administration
- 7-10 years of healthcare recruiting experience
- Familiarity with principles and practices of healthcare recruiting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
