As a Shift Manager, you will support other management levels by running great shifts and leading teams independently. Shift Managers must take ownership and responsibility to solve problems, provide help and guidance to others, and have strong leadership and organizational skills. The ideal candidate should have a confident, professional manner, be able to give clear instructions, exhibit good time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Assist with Profit and Loss management, follow cash control procedures, maintain inventory, and manage labor.
  • Provide regular feedback to the RGM and other management on the team's performance.
  • Requirements:

    • Must be 18 years or older.
    • One-year Restaurant experience required with proven lead experience on all shifts.
    • Must maintain a current Health Card as per state or local requirements.
    • Basic math & reading skills.
    • Must be able to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
    • Must have reliable transportation.
    • Must pass Criminal Background Check.
    • Must pass ServSafe Certification Course and Exam.
