Shift Managers must take ownership and responsibility to solve problems, provide help and guidance to others, and have strong leadership and organizational skills. The ideal candidate should have a confident, professional manner, be able to give clear instructions, exhibit good time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Must be 18 years or older.
- One-year Restaurant experience required with proven lead experience on all shifts.
- Must maintain a current Health Card as per state or local requirements.
- Basic math & reading skills.
- Must be able to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must pass Criminal Background Check.
- Must pass ServSafe Certification Course and Exam.
