Material Handlers will also keep accurate inventory of parts/material. Provide a clean, organized, and safe work environment in and around buildings. They will adhere to all Bandit safety, quality, inventory and production guidelines, standards, policies, and procedures.Duties and Responsibilities:Load, unload and move incoming/outgoing materials/products to varies areas.Ensure work bays have materials to build/assembleKit material/parts according to blueprints and distribute to production work areas.Ensure proper organization and placement of material/parts in the shop and/or warehouse.Identify and label materials, record their location in the inventory system to maintain accurate inventory.Circulate material on shelfs.Put parts away according to the inventory system.Operate fork trucks, cranes and/or other equipment to move material.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications and Education Requirements:High school diploma or GEDAbility to read a tape measure, basic shop math, and able to read a blueprint.Ability to use a tape measure and other measuring instruments.Basic written and verbal communication skillsComplete Bandit's crane and/or forklift safety trainingPhysical Requirements:Frequently stand, walk, push, pull, stoop, pinch, grasp, and/or bendRequires employee to work both inside/outside in heat/cold, and/or wet/humid conditions.Frequently required to use personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent injury.Frequently lift 50 poundsOccasionally lift 60 pounds
