Job Title: License Plate Inventory Clerk STARTING ASAP*
Location: Irving, TX (Las Colinas 75039)
This is an in-office position with no remote work flexibility.
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday / 8 AM - 5 PM
Job Description: As a License Plate Inventory Clerk, you will play a crucial role in managing the inventory of license plates for all new vehicles. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure that inventory levels are accurate, and all license plates are efficiently processed and distributed.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of license plate inventory for new vehicles, ensuring all plates are properly tracked and stored.
Shipping Coordination: Ensure the timely and correct shipping of license plates to appropriate destinations, following internal procedures.
Quality Control: Verify that all license plates are correctly processed and match the appropriate documentation, avoiding any discrepancies.
Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of incoming and outgoing shipments and inventory changes to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
Your work will contribute to the smooth flow of operations by ensuring that all inventory and shipments are handled promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
Prior experience in inventory management or shipping is preferred.
Bilingual (English & Spanish) candidates are highly preferred.
Strong organizational and administrative abilities are essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required.
A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy are critical in this role.
