We are currently accepting applications for our Assembler-Wire Harness. This role accomplishes various production assembly functions that are somewhat complicated in nature. Assembles products or sub-assemblies according to verbal or written instructions, or by following drawings or diagrams. Duties:
  • Operates tools and production equipment to solder parts to computer boards
  • Assembles electronics according to product specifications
  • Terminates cables ends
  • Retrieves diagrams from computer and studies blueprints
  • Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and assembly procedures within electronic manufacturing field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Uses experience and judgment to identify steps and procedures within diagrams.
  • Works with light chemicals for sealing PCB boards in a controlled environment
  • May need to perform documentation.
  • Conforms with ESD policy, safety practices and ISO procedures.
Requires: Education: High school diploma or its equivalent Experience: Three or more years of experience in the field of electronics/ hardware cable work Physical: Must be able to manipulate small objects with hand and see objects with small details and parts. Performs assembly at a work bench in sitting and standing positions. Must be able to solder and use various hand tools, including a crimper and a ruler. Employment is contingent upon passing a required background screen, pre-employment drug screen and physical which will be conducted upon acceptance of an offer.
