This OFFICE-BASED role involves providing therapeutic services to individuals and families, addressing a range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will exhibit:
A strong commitment to cultural competence serving clients and families with diverse backgrounds and beliefs.A genuine interest in working with older adults, individuals diagnosed with chronic mental illness, and those with co-occurring developmental disabilities.An ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team environment, including psychiatry, mental health case management, and behavioral health nursing services.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing individual counseling services to adults including older adults, individuals with persistent mental illness, and those with developmental disabilities.
- Conducting thorough assessments to understand clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to clients' unique circumstances.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential client records.
- Participate in regular supervision, team meetings, and professional development activities.

- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current licensure in the State of Ohio (LPC, LPCC, LISW, or LSW). Independent licensure strongly preferred.
- Experience working with older adults and/or individuals with persistent mental illness and developmental disabilities.
- Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and interventions relevant to the target population.
- Commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity to the values and traditions of the Jewish community.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
