Compensation (negotiable based on performance and experience):

  • $17 per hour base pay
  • 10% Retail Product Commissions
  • $10 commission per membership sold
  • Complimentary 30-minute monthly stretch session at SHFT (+25% off additional services)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Stylist Punctuality & Client Satisfaction: Keep stylists on schedule, manage appointment books, and guarantee a world-class experience for every client.
  • Inventory Management: Assist the owner and management team in tracking and maintaining necessary product and supply levels.
  • Social Media Content: Capture and upload photos of completed hair and makeup looks for social media.
  • Efficient Appointment Management: Use scheduling software to manage appointments and client check-ins/outs seamlessly.
  • Environment Maintenance: Support the team by maintaining a clean, safe, and professional workspace.
  • Professionalism & Conflict Resolution: Handle tense situations with professionalism and friendliness.
  • Product & Service Recommendations: Diagnose customer needs and recommend appropriate products, service upgrades, or memberships.
  • Continuous Learning: Engage in regular training and skill development.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively to support and uplift your teammates.

How You'll Be Held Accountable:

  • Membership Sales: You will be responsible for selling a minimum of two memberships per month. Your success in this area will be critical to our growth and client retention.
  • Retail Sales: You will be expected to achieve at least $100 in retail sales each month. This reflects your ability to effectively recommend and sell products that enhance our clients' experiences.
  • Client Outreach: To help fill our books and ensure client satisfaction, you will be expected to make regular phone calls to clients. This consistent communication is crucial in maintaining strong relationships and driving repeat business.

  • Must have the ability to work Friday-Sunday;
