Shift Leaders are responsible for maintaining an organization's high performance, quality and safety standards and guaranteeing satisfaction.
A Shift Leader performs leadership, management, and organization tasks to ensure team members work efficiently and effectively during their shift. Their duties and responsibilities include:

Requirements
Most Shift Leader candidates have at least a high school diploma or GED. Some candidates may have an associate degree in business administration or management. Though not required, a bachelor's degree in business or an industry-related field may indicate candidates with more advanced industry knowledge, relevant skills and practical training. Many candidates could benefit from on-the-job training to better transition into their roles.
Shift Leaders typically must have experience working as a team member in the industry or with our PF team. For internal promotions, candidates must have at least 3 months of employment with us and zero performance counseling records for the past 6 months. Shift Leaders need to be available to work at least 24 hours per week with weekend availability.
