Do you love the look of a clean space? We're looking for an experienced janitor to fill a position on our team. You'll keep our building impeccably clean, vacuum and mop floors, wash windows, empty trash, and perform other maintenance and cleaning duties as needed. If you're looking for work with flexibility and enjoy being a part of a team, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: • Lock doors to ensure building security once cleaning is finished • Complete regularly scheduled maintenance duties like cleaning windows, shampooing carpets, supplying restrooms, changing light bulbs, and performing minor repairs • Report areas cleaned and make sure managers know if major repairs are needed • Eliminate dangerous hazards and wipe up spills with squeegees or sponges • Vacuum carpets, mop floors, scrub restrooms, dust furniture, and empty trash cans daily Qualifications: • Possesses a strong work ethic and have high attention to detail • Strong working knowledge of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment • Great physical health and stamina • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification • Driver's license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite Compensation: $16
