We are looking to employ a knowledgeable and experienced Shift Lead to assist customers in selecting suitable cannabis products!

Responsibilities of a Shift Lead include:

Greeting and welcoming customers

Answering questions regarding cannabis products

Advising customers on products based on their needs, budget, etc.

Processing order payments

Cleaning and organizing the dispensary at all times

Keeping inventory stocked

Updating Weedmaps with product

Adding product into Flowhub system

Managing a team of 6-10 employees

Cash handling, opening and closing drawers

Posting daily deals on Weedmaps

To be considered, you must:

Be at least 18 or older

Have a clean background

Have excellent customer service skills

Be able to work flexible hours (Days, Nights, Weekends, Holidays)

Have basic knowledge of Cannabis or have worked at another dispensary

Be able to handle money, work a register, and make drops

Be able to multitask in a high volume, fast-paced work environment

Be able to work well with others

Be able to carry at least 30 pounds

Must have cannabis management experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
