We have a full range of O.D. – (up to 96 swing x 37'), and Vertical grinding capacity (80 swing x 70” under rail and 48” stroke) with a crane capacity of 80,000 pounds to handle any coating or metal finishing job you have for us.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate Manual Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality parts and tools from a variety of metals. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects using traditional machining techniques. Responsibilities:
Operate manual mills and lathes to produce parts to engineering specifications.Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications to determine sequence of operations, setup requirements, and optimal machining methods.Use a wide range of precision measuring tools to ensure components are machined to the highest standard.Create and modify tooling and fixtures to aid in the production of parts.Perform single point threading operations.Carry out surface finishing operations such as grinding, drilling, and polishing.Maintain the machinery, ensuring it is in good working order, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.Ensure the work area is clean, safe, and organized at all times.Collaborate with the team to improve manufacturing processes and techniques.Adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Manual Machinist in a manufacturing environment.Proficient in manual milling and lathe operation.Demonstrable experience in blueprint reading and interpretation.Extensive knowledge of tooling, fixtures, and their application in the manufacturing process.Proven experience in surface finishing techniques such as grinding and drilling.Proficient in single point threading operations.Strong understanding of precision measurement techniques and tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a machinist apprenticeship or trade school is preferred.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency.This is an excellent opportunity for a Manual Machinist to apply their skills and knowledge in a challenging and rewarding environment.
