Receptionist Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, First Shift 8:00 am-5:00 pmPay Rate: $21-$25 per hourLocation: San Jose, CAExperience: 6+ months of Receptionist experience We are excited to share a new opportunity! We are currently in need of an experienced Receptionist / Front Desk Representative for a bona fide top employer in this market! - Be the first point of contact and greet guests
- Process customer inquiries in person, by phone, or email
- Complete tasks in a timely manner
- Answer multiple phone lines
- Escalate issues to the designated resource
Receptionist Preferred Skills include:
- Recent experience in a receptionist position
- Possess strong multitasking and organization skills
- Must have a customer service mindset
- Must work well under pressure
- Willing to cross-train when needed
Receptionist Requirements include:
- Ability to provide 2 professional references
- Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen
- Willingness to take skills assessments as needed
