Kalos Print Services is seeking a bright, motivated, and outgoing part-time Associate Production Technician (Office Assistant) to join our Printing and Promotional team at our Topeka, KS office location! This candidate will participate in dynamic and challenging projects to assist with the sales, operations, customer service, and data entry duties of our fast-paced sales team. This role looks like...The Kalos Print Services team is vital to our organization's mission and growth. This role will provide assistance with a multitude of projects that will enhance the Print and Promo team's success, such as:
  • Coordinate with customers and internal departments on design, specifications, order status, and modifications
  • Participate in data entry for department reporting
  • Provide timely communication with customers and internal stakeholders regarding products, shipping, and other matters
  • Increase and maintain customer satisfaction by providing outstanding customer service
  • Maintain inventory lists, order supplies, load/unload supply shipments, and stock supplies in the appropriate spaces in the office/warehouse
  • Package materials, stage them for shipment, and mail to customers as necessary
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Conduct quality checks on all products to ensure they all meet production standards
  • Perform any other necessary administrative duties required to support the success of our products and services

  • Associates degree or higher with a focus in Business, Office Management, or a related degree (preferred not required)
  • 2+ years previous office support experience (in the printing & promotional sales industry or other sales industry is preferred)
  • Prompt & polite customer service oriented professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with client, vendor, order, inventory, and billing databases is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Possess a can-do attitude and growth mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and simultaneously manage multiple tasks and projects, for yourself and the team
  • Strong time management, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines
  • Experience using Atlassian products is a plus
Additional Details:
  • This is an on-site part-time position at our Topeka, KS office location. Our normal hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
  • This will be a part-time position working no more than 25-28 hours per week on a set schedule. This position will not be eligible for benefits or other full-time employment perks.
  • This position will be paid on an hourly basis. Please provide your desired hourly rate in the applicable field when submitting your application.
