This vital role supports our school community by ensuring smooth administrative operations and delivering exceptional service to staff and visitors.Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and serve as a friendly receptionist.
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages promptly.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding students, parents, and faculty.
  • Perform general typing and filing for the administration.
  • Assist teachers with office machinery and administrative tasks.
  • Support student medication and first aid needs.
  • Foster positive community relations.
  • Manage mail distribution and perform other duties as assigned by the building principal or designated staff.
Qualifications:To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
  • Strong typing skills and computer literacy.
  • Excellent attendance and reliability.
