Zelms Erlich Lenkov & Mack has an opening in Arizona for a litigation attorney. The litigation attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload and working independently on cases from beginning to end with partner oversight.We represent Fortune 500 companies and a wide variety of well-known companies and major corporations.Responsibilities
- Work independently managing a litigation caseload, handling cases from beginning to end
- Ability to communicate with clients and prepare status reports
- Ability to respond to discovery, complete legal research, write motions and take and defend depositions
- Comfortable handling court appearances
- Negotiating settlements
- Daily time entry
Qualifications
- License to practice law in AZ
- Civil litigation, insurance defense (preferred)
- 3 plus years of law practice experience
- Comfortable working remote/independently
- Strong ethics and professionalism
- Organized with attention to details
