Title: Gas Production Manager

Location: 150 Main St Suite 102, Menasha, WI 54952

Salary: $90-120k + bonus and LTI Plan

Start Date: ASAP

Hours/Shift: Monday-Thursday 10 hour shifts - will work weekends as needed. i.e. if you know you will need to work a Friday or a Saturday, then don't work a Monday or Tuesday, etc.

Relo Package: Yes, $15k relo package

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, environmental science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in facility management, production, or operations within the natural gas or renewable energy sector
• Experience managing teams and coordinating complex operations
• Knowledge of gas processing systems
• The systems that are turning the manure into energy, they will always have to be monitoring these
• Monitoring and controlling gas processing systems
• Experience using a facility management software

Plusses:

• Experience with RNG or biogas facilities
• Certifications in gas operations, facility management, or safety (e.g., OSHA certification)

Responsibilities:

Insight Global is looking for a Gas Production Manager to support our growing renewable gas client in Menasha, Wisconsin. This resource will oversee the daily operations of RNG facilities, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This resource will participate in the commissioning of new equipment and systems, process improvement, and new technologies while providing operational insights and working alongside engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.

They will monitor and control gas processing systems, including biogas upgrading, gas compression, and distribution. This manager will need to ensure the optimal performance of all equipment, including regular inspection and preventive maintenance. They will manage energy usage and optimize the facility's energy efficiency to minimize operational costs. This resource will ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices while implementing and enforcing safety protocols.

This Production Manager will manage a team of technicians, gas production people, and operational staff (30 ish), providing guidance and support. They will develop and manage the facility's operational budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maintain accurate records of all operational activities, maintenance schedules, and safety incidents. They will complete regular reports on facility performance, including production metrics, safety statistics, and compliance status and present data and insights to senior management, recommending actions for improvement.
