Pipelayer Job DescriptionA pipelayer's job is to lay pipes for water mains, drains, and storm or sanitation sewers.Responsibilities Include:Laying pipesPipelayers lay pipes on and under the ground using a variety of tools and equipment.Preparing trenchesPipelayers dig trenches to the required depth, either by hand or with trenching tools.
