Position Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Superintendent with a proven track record in managing tilt wall construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are executed according to plans and specifications.
- Lead and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and the project management team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Monitor project progress, schedule, and budget, making adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintaining a safe and organized job site.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and site photos.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent, with specific experience in tilt wall construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
- OSHA certification or other relevant safety training is preferred.
