A national women's healthcare organization based in Margate, FL is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support a 200 plus employee population. The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for the support of day-to-day Human Resources operations for USF Fertility and its Practices. This position supports the Human Resources functions through activities including: HR policies, employee relations, training, and performance management. The HR Generalist provides outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers to make a positive Human Resources experience in support of the organization.
A bachelor's degree in human resources and 2-3 years of experience is required with SHRM PHR desired. Proficiency using MS Office and payroll systems is required. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communications and multi-tasking skills are required. A high degree of confidentiality and professionalism is required, This role will work 2 days in-person and 3 days hybrid-subject to organizational needs.
