You're comfortable diving into the details of workstreams and working with the team to deliver the right solution for our client.The Work:The SAP Finance Functional Lead is responsible for leading the complex business and system analysis, design, and testing.Responsibilities include:Lead and coordinate functional team activitiesProvide guidance and direction to the functional team, ensuring alignment with project goals.Oversee the implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within teams.Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.Facilitate communication between teams, fostering a cohesive working environment.Mentor and develop team members, promoting skill growth and knowledge sharing.Stay informed about SAP updates and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.Here's What You Need:Federal SAP Finance experience5 years of experience with any of these SAP modules: Finance (FI), Funds Management (FM), Controlling/Cost Management (CO), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP)SAP project management experienceExperience leading teamsExperience interacting with client leadershipBonus Points if you have:S4/HANA Delivery experienceExperience with any Supply Chain modules such as: Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management/Warehouse Management (IMWM), Project Systems (PS), Sales and Distribution/Reimbursables (SD), Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM)Relevant SAP certificationsEligibility Requirements:US Citizenship requiredWhat We BelieveWe have an unwavering commitment to diversity with the aim that every one of our people has a full sense of belonging within our organization.
