Michel's Bakery, located in Eagle-Vail Colorado is looking for an Assistant Pastry chef to help in our Wholesale bakery. We supply baked goods and pastries to clients all over the Vail Valley. Must be comfortable using large scale bakery equipment. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must have a strong work ethic and ability to multitask.Must be able to plan a bake schedule and keep up with orders and standing orders. Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time.
