Job Responsibilities:
As a Team Leader, your duties are to supervise a specific department in Piqua Hardware & Rental. You will assist management with the supervision of associates in assigned area by assigning duties to associates; setting goals and providing feedback; training associates on processes and procedures; providing direction and guidance to associates. Team Leaders must delegate, train, and monitor the progress of all associates and all facets of the hardware store. The primary responsibilities of in-store leadership are to oversee sales, daily work flow strategies, ensuring customers receive the highest level of customer service and merchandising products.
