Title: Collections Associate

Location: Exton, PA

Responsibilities:

This role will report to Collection Lead.

Support supervisor on day to day activities and deliverables of the US collections portfolio. Responsible for the collections for the US which include: customer focused on US delivery Manage and execute dunning process.

Follow up on disputes, deductions and late payments. Coordinate and support the preparation of adhoc reports.

Proactively identify risk and issues within applicable areas. Assist Collection Lead and Global Process Owner (GPO) to identify and implement process improvement initiatives and best practices.

Qualifications

Education:

0-2 years working with accounts receivables collections experience. Basic MS Office skills. Hands-on experience in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Polaris).

Must have business to business credit/collections experience.

Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner. Experience in customer service with excellent communication skills.
