Manages the daily operations and team members of our growing Bend department along with operating a machine. 3-5 years of prior manufacturing experience is required. Knowledge of 5S, Theory of Constraints applications, and overall metal manufacturing experience is preferred.

Successful candidate will be willing to work alongside their team members to meet safety, quality and on-time delivery goals. Strong communication and people skills desired.

This is a full-time position located in rural Pella/Sully, IA with hours of 5:45 a.m. – 3:45 p.m. M-F.
