Our client, a Legal Services company is seeking a receptionist to work in their Garden City, NY office This is a full-time position Monday-Friday.
In this role you will be supporting the company in delivering exceptional service to existing and potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients, hearing Officers and establishing good relations.
- Answering phones
- Confirming hearings and conferences with clients and hearing officers.
- Assisting with many other administrative tasks such as Scheduling, scanning, data entry, mailings etc.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong Communication skills.
- Superior Organizational, Documentation and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, able to multi-task.
- Computer proficient with Knowledge of basic MS-Office programs including Word and Excel.
- Strong Client relationships skills.

- Bachelor's degree or Assocaite degree
