Hot Job Alert!Our Food Production Operators get to work in a small, team environment handling cheeses through all stages, from start to finish.

Location: Mindoro, WIStarting Pay: $20.24 per hourSchedule:11:00am to 7:30pmShifts run Monday - Friday, plus one weekend/month(when you work your weekend each month, you will receive a weekday off the previous week, and a weekday off the following week)

Food Plant Operator/Processor Job Duties:

• Following established production standards performs all functions of the manufacturing process
• Help crumble cheeses
• Inspect all equipment to assure proper operation and safety
• Follow operational procedures and complete required paperwork
• Follow GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), quality control, cleaning and sanitation procedures
• Ensure accurate counts on production are recorded
• Accountable for proper operation of equipment
• Assist with clean-up and sanitation responsibilities
• Assist in any other areas of the manufacturing plant when necessary

Operator/Processor Requirements:

• Great attendance
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, frequently
• Enjoys working in a team-setting
