AVP, Head of Risk Data Analytics - Global Atlantic Financial Company (NY, NY). AVP, Head of Risk Data Analytics w/i Risk Data Analytics group. Design solutions for exp studies problems. Manage team of quantitative analysts, data scientist, & data eng'rs, performing QC on exp studies. REQ'MTS: Bachelor's (U.S. or foreign equiv) in Ops Research, Fin'l Math, or rel fin'l quantitative or analytical field + 4 yrs exp as Data Scientist or rel role. Prior exp must incl 4 yrs in following: working w/ machine learning, stat modeling, data analysis, & data modeling; prog'g in Python, SQL dbases, & other natively built parallel computing frameworks; & working in softw dvlpmt, Amazon Web Srvcs (AWS), & high-performance computing applied to fin'c or insurance or rel ops. Prior exp must incl 3 yrs in following: building infrastructure to work w/ lrg'r, novel data sets, & help deploy tools in new ways; & dvlpg predictive models for policyholder behavior at insurance co. Prior exp must incl 1 yr in following: managing data scientists; & completing assumption review projects at insurance co. Expected annual base sal for NY, NY, US- based position is $104,500-$199,500.
