Position Overview

The Recruiter will play a crucial role in filling existing and future vacancies, preparing the organization to move towards a proactive talent acquisition strategy. The Recruiter will be responsible for understanding the complexities of hourly client groups, staying attuned to the organization's needs, and effectively matching these needs with market offerings. The primary contact for candidates and hiring managers, the Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring that hires are not just placements but strategic additions to the team.

Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

  • Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of budget and headcount allocations.
  • Continuously and proactively build a solid pipeline of applicants for all roles.
  • Plan, manage, and facilitate recruitment events within budget, including external recruiting efforts such as job fairs, college recruitment, and inclusive hiring events.
  • Understand and apply all laws and regulations related to the hiring process.

    • Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 5 years of experience in a fast-paced high volume recruiting environment, or combination of relevant experience and education.
  • PHR or other TA certifications.
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
  • Deep experience with ATS's from Implementation to Utilization, preferably Paylocity.
  • Experience with building out or refining a recruiting department.

    • Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a seasonal high-volume environment.
  • Experience in recruiting and preparing entry level candidates.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, translate strategies into actionable plans, develop performance metrics and analyze results.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

    • Work Environment & Physical Demands:

  • Rarely required to stand; frequently required to sit.
  • Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.
  • Occasional exposure to bloodborne and airborne pathogens or infectious materials.
