JOB PURPOSE: Manage the development and implementation of internal and external communications projects. The Communications Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing visibility of the PruittHealth brand across external and internal audiences.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1.Uphold the organizations brand ideals, and communications priorities and strategies across all platform2.Create, edit, and proofread content3.Collaborate in the development of communications strategies tailored for target audiences and leads execution of those efforts to inform, educate, and influence both internal and external audience4.Develop and maintain editorial calendars for various communications platform5.Act as day-to-day project manager for internal and external departmental communications efforts, leading coordination between team and internal clients, to ensure efficient and timely completion6.Manage all content platforms, including social media, company website and location-based technology7.Oversee web analytics and other activity metrics to ascertain engagement levels and adjust strategies accordingly8.Develop a web content strategy that encompasses the organizations goals, aligns with the companys image and drives SEO9.Stay abreast of communications best practices and competitor strategieQualifications:MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English or related field.MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:5 years experience in communications and/or project management role.MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:n/aADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: (Preferred qualifications)•Outstanding written and verbal communication skill•Excellent project management acumen•Ability to develop original, creative, and engaging content•Ability to independently manage external and internal communications channel•Proficiency with popular content management system•Highly computer literate and advanced knowledge of content management•Experience with social media management•Understanding of keyword placement and search engine optimization (SEO) best practice•Leadership experience Family Makes Us Stronger.
