Overview:
CommIT Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a GBAD Training Specialist to join the team in Quantico, VA- *this position can also be remote. The ideal candidate will be experienced with theoperation of Program Manager, Ground Based Air Defense (PM GBAD) Programs of Record (PoR) and Joint Urgent Operational Need Systems (JUONS). This position will be part of a training team that will analyze, design, develop, implement, evaluate, support, and manage the PM GBAD portfolio training products. Additionally, this position will provide technical and analytical support, instructional support, and deliver New Equipment Training, Delta Training, and Pilot Training for the PM GBAD portfolio.

Responsibilities:
Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to-
- Analyze, design, and develop new training curriculum and documentation for GBAD systems
- Review, analyze, and update existing training curriculum and documentation, as needed
- Identify instructional goals, analyze the target audience, and select the delivery mechanisms for effective training
- Implement Systems Approach to Training standards in training documentation and materials to achieve a consistent look and feel in the materials provided
- Ensure all developed training material is in compliance with MIL-HDBK-29612/2A, Instructional Systems Development/Systems Approach to Training and Education and NAVMC 1553.1A, Systems Approach to Training and Education Handbook
- Support the development of training videos that will be used to support and/or enhance on the job performance and unit sustainment training
- Support the development or updated of existing training test packages and master lesson files for each operator/maintainer course of instruction
- Conduct dry-runs, rehearsals, and technical reviews of instructional deliver to minimize training session interruptions in preparation for live training delivery
- Conduct GBAD training courses consisting of various instructional methods including lecture, demonstration, and practical application
- Conduct GBAD training course utilizing multiple training techniques and tools with various media with multiple student skill levels and class sizes
Qualifications:
Required Experience and Education:
- Have a minimum of three (3) years of proven experience as an instructor in a Formal Learning Center, military, or technical training program
- Successful completion of a military Formal School Instructor Course and military curriculum developer courses, or completion of or equivalent industry recognized technical training instructor program OR:
- Successful completion of an equivalent industry recognized technical training instructor program within 6 months of employment
- Ability to travel up to 45%
- ***Have a minimum of four (4) to (8) years of proven experience as Tactical Air Defense Controller- DESIRED
