Customer Support Technician II (T2) - TSMC - Phoenix, AZ.

As a technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting Engineers in performing preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and handling materials, including hazardous materials. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist our talented Engineers with preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance tasks as needed.
* Become a master at disassembling, cleaning, and rebuilding kits as part of our top-notch kit management quality.
* Complete initial training on safety, preventive maintenance methods, systems, and customer engineering procedures to ensure you're prepared for success.
* Represent our company with pride, maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance at all times when interacting with our valued customers.
* Show respect for our customers by keeping your work area neat and orderly, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
* Prioritize safety by following all procedures and consistently demonstrating safety as a core value.
* Handle various materials, including hazardous materials, in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
* Package, label, and ship parts returns, ensuring strict adherence to key regulatory requirements and best practices.
* Record all necessary information for parts return accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications:
* Technical Certification, Associates, Military, or Relevant work experience preferred.
* Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a technical, engineering, or warehouse environment.
* A strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations related to materials handling.
* Exceptional customer service skills, allowing you to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
* The ability to work under direct supervision and follow detailed instructions to complete tasks efficiently.
* Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Suite products such as Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and Excel.
Working Conditions:

* Engage in physical activities such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials to ensure smooth operations.
* Support CE/iCE for tool move-in related 6S activity.

* Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential in this role.

U.S. Salary Range:
$19.00 - $26.40
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
