✨Your Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities like dressing, grooming, and environmental orientation
- Escort residents to meals and assist in the dining room
- Help residents maintain their independence while providing necessary care
- Ensure the safety, dignity, and well-being of all residents
- Perform housekeeping and laundry tasks as needed
- Report changes in resident health and communicate with the Assisted Living and Memory Care Directors
- Assist in resident activity programs to promote engagement and wellness
- Be familiar with emergency procedures and follow facility safety protocols
- Maintain confidentiality and respect for residents' rights at all times
✨ Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- TB certificate, State Criminal Background Check, and Health Screening clearance required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Willingness to work with the elderly and provide compassionate care
✨Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and spend extended periods on your feet
- Comfortable with occasional exposure to blood and bodily fluids
