Arms Acres is looking for a Clinical Case Manager to join our inpatient team in Carmel, NY. In this role, you will provide comprehensive clinical case management services that include: assessments, individual, group and family treatment, treatment plan coordination, referent relations, discharge planning, and intervention with client support systems, including social service programs and managed care. Shift available: Days/Hours vary, please inquire - SIGN ON BONUS ELIGIBLE, up to $4k Requirements Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• CASAC-T, CASAC, MSW, LMSW, LCSW or LMHC required
• Master's Degree in related field
• Experience working specifically with substance abuse counseling preferred
• Bi-lingual preferred

Salary Description $23-$30 depending on edu/exp
