This may be the job for you.Batch Mixer / Forklift Operator2nd Shift / M-F / 3pm-12am$18Greenville, SC (downtown area)PrideStaff Greenville is seeking an experienced Batch Mixer / Forklift Operator on behalf of our client in Greenville, SC.We are searching for a reliable Batch Mixer / Forklift Operator, who is able to work with attention to detail and safety standards The Batch Mixer / Forklift Operator responsibilities to ensure that production procedures will be carried on smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits. Previous batch maker experience is desired.2nd Shift Batch Mixer / Forklift Operator Responsibilities:Mix ingredients according to specified procedures and formulas; lifting and carrying 50lb bags and 40lb buckets continuouslyWeigh raw materials according to the formulaRetrieve supplies from warehouse/storage area by forkliftOpen valves to start pumps to transfer specified amounts and types of liquids from storage tanks into mixing tanksActivate mixing tank agitators and set timers to mix ingredients for a specific period of timeObserve gauge readings on mixing tanks and adjust temperature and flow meter controls when readings vary from established normsObtain samples of solutions throughout the process to be analyzed for color, viscosity, pH balance, and gravityMaintain knowledge and practice of Quality and Safety Policies, Line Manual Book Procedures, Good Manufacturing Procedures, and Reject PercentOpen valves and pump finished formulas into storage tanks/drums or one-handled buckets2nd Shift Batch Mixer / Forklift Operator Qualifications:Must be able to stand, walk, and lift 55 lbs. bagsMust be able to work in a hot environmentPrevious batch maker experience is desiredHigh School Diploma or equivalentAbility to use hand tools including safety scissors, safety knife, wrench, spatula, hoses, metal clamps, pliers, and screwdriversJoin Us.PrideStaff Company OverviewPrideStaff (Greenville location) is a locally-owned staffing & placement firm with a strong reputation as a fun-loving, quality-focused service provider.PrideStaff is among the highest rated staffing agencies in the area.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $18.00 Per Hour
