Maintenance Technician Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Maintenance Technician Responsibilities Include: Basic plumbingLight electricalHVAC troubleshootingMake ready/turnoversProperty and unit inspectionsDriving company vehicleProvide superb customer service to residents, vendors, teammates, etc. Maintenance Technician Requirements: HS Diploma or equivalentValid driver's licenseBilingual in English and Spanish preferredFamiliarity with iPhoneOne year's experience in: light plumbing, light electrical, HVAC trouble shooting, apartment turnovers/make ready, facilities maintenance, or similar fieldComfortable with hand toolsAbility to meet physical requirements: The position is considered to have moderate to heavy physical demands. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to climb up to nine feet on ladders, work in overhead structures, walk, stand, twist, stoop, bend, squat, and kneel at least 90% of the workday. The employee will occasionally be required to lift, carry and/or move in excess of 100 pounds and frequently be required to lift, carry and/or move in excess of 50 pounds during the normal course of a workday.
