Weekly Pay Range - $2079 To $2310 Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Home Health Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00) Guaranteed Hours: Not guaranteed Experience: Minimum of 1 full year Adult Home Health Experience or 1 full year Hospice experience, depending on the specialty License: Must have a valid RN license in hand Certifications: CPR, BLS Must-Have: - Proficiency in OASIS; must have used it within the last year- Proficiency in HomeCare HomeBase EMR; must have used it in the last year- Must be willing to travel up to 75 miles from home clinic- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with required liability insurance- Open to on-call rotations and weekend assignments Job Description: - Provide, coordinate, and direct home nursing care according to physicians' orders based on agency policies and procedures through the competent application of the nursing process- Supervise and evaluate Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses/Licensed Vocational Nurses- Conduct home visits and attend periodic office meetings- Responsible to the Clinical Manager- Manage start of care, wound care, and follow-up visits- Work with an average of 5-8 patients per day, meeting productivity expectations of approximately 30 points per week, with different types of visits and activities contributing to point values- Be prepared to discuss weekend and on-call requirements during the interview.- Must be proficient in charting and meet agency documentation standardsPlease note that locals are accepted at the same rate, and there is no acceptance of pending licenses for this position.
