Maintenance Assistant Requirements:
- Must be experienced with floor machines, a keen eye for details, and be knowledgeable of safety.
- Maintain a high level of work performance & safety in all areas.
- Ensure that all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times.
- Must be able to work as a team member and have a love for the residents.
- Solid work ethic, with quality customer service, and others in mind.
- Must be reliable & keep to schedule & must be willing to learn.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Report any unsafe or unusual conditions to Maintenance Director.
- Report directly to Maintenance Director with strong leadership skills.
- All other job related duties as assigned by Housekeeping Supervisor & Maintenance Director.
