As a Dialysis Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering safe and effective dialysis therapy under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse. Your responsibilities will include:

• Patient Care: Assisting with patient education, treatment preparation, and monitoring during dialysis sessions.
• Machine Operation: Setting up and operating hemodialysis machines.
• Infection Control: Adhering to strict infection control protocols.
• Documentation: Accurately documenting patient information and treatment data.
• Teamwork: Collaborating with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1 year of Dialysis Patient Care Technician experience in the last 2 years.
• Current state and/or national certification requirements (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Commitment to providing excellent patient care.
