BASIC POSITION DUTIES:
* Leads & coordinates activities of the OE Friction Department to meet organizational objectives in the areas of productivity, quality, employee relations, safety, shipping, continuous improvement, and equipment utilization.
JOB DUTIES:
* Assignment coordinating and training of Production Associates.
* Ensures equipment operation in compliance with established procedures.
* Leads continuous improvement and APS activities.
* Promotes and maintains good working relationships with assigned groups.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
* High School Graduate.
* Additional education beyond high school preferred.
* Leadership and/or Team building training helpful.
SPECIAL SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE DESIRED:
