In this role, you will be responsible for leading new technologies and continuous improvement initiatives. This role supports Technical and Operations teams in designing, analyzing, and refining workflows to boost efficiency, cut costs, and maintain quality, while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standardsWhat you get to do:
- Design and refine manufacturing procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Troubleshoot production issues and spearhead initiatives for process improvement.
- Oversee the installation and operation of new manufacturing technologies.
- Utilize software to model and analyze production processes for improvements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation.
- Work with Quality Control, R&D, and Production teams to align processes with product specifications.
- Assist in planning and coordinating tasks to meet project objectives.
- Facilitate the transition of new products from lab to full-scale production.
- Ensure adherence to environmental and safety standards.
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-10 years of process engineering experience, preferably in coatings, chemicals, or related manufacturing sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of chemical processes and manufacturing equipment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in process simulation software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure safety and environmental compliance.
